These Terms apply to all users of the SkillHire platform including students, companies, and visitors. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our platform.
"SkillHire", "we", "us", "our" refers to SkillHire, operated from Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. "Platform" means our website, app, and all associated services. "Student" means any individual who registers to participate in challenges or seek employment. "Company" means any organisation that registers to access or hire talent. "User" means any person accessing the platform.
Students may register and participate in the 25-day performance challenge at no cost. Participation is voluntary. SkillHire does not guarantee placement or employment to any student. The SkillHire Verified badge is awarded based on performance scores and is non-transferable. Students may not share challenge answers, impersonate another user, or attempt to manipulate scores in any way. Violation of these rules results in permanent disqualification.
Companies may browse verified candidate profiles for free. Upon successfully hiring a SkillHire candidate, the company agrees to pay a placement commission of 8–10% of the candidate's agreed first-year CTC within 30 days of the candidate's joining date. Failure to disclose a hire or attempting to bypass our platform to hire a candidate introduced through SkillHire constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action. Companies must not discriminate against candidates on the basis of gender, caste, religion, or any protected characteristic.
All content on the SkillHire platform — including challenge questions, design, code, branding, and materials — is the intellectual property of SkillHire. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission. Candidate profiles and performance data belong to the respective candidates and are licensed to SkillHire for platform use.
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
SkillHire provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific employment outcomes. We are not responsible for the conduct of companies or students on the platform. Placement outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SkillHire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform. Our total liability to any user shall not exceed ₹5,000 in any calendar year.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms without prior notice. Users may delete their accounts at any time by contacting us at hello@skilhire.in.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
